I loved this Michelle. An evocative snapshot of your life in Rome. I find it interesting to think about community and what that means. I love going into my local cafe for coffee and being greeted by name and having my coffee made before I even have to order it.

Thanks for reading Angie! I feel like parts of London are similar to Rome in that some neighborhoods are still quite close-knit.

Today we walked the streets of Trastevere, near La Chiesa Santi Quaranta Martiri e San Pasquale Baylon and Chiesa Maria in Trastevere. Incredible sites.

Thank you for the offer Michelle. We have one more day here and hope we can visit the Palazzo di Vittoria Colonna. When I was here on 2018 I went through it after having read the then recent book on her life by Ramie Targoff.

That story about Mexico and the woman singing along with Baglioni's song at the market is absolutely beautiful-- love the way it pulls together different cultures and places and memories in one moment. Wonderful storytelling....

Thank for reading Eric! I find that Italy and Mexico have a lot of similarities, both so family oriented and food-centric and defined cuisines. And they both have taught me a lot about remaining flexible...
